Downloading files from the network and the Polish law

With the growing market for electronic content in ebooks and audiobooks, rapidly growing number of complaints to the Polish portals that enable users to collect and store data including the possibility of making them accessible to others. According to Polish law it is prohibited to distribute copyrighted works without the consent of the person entitled. Copyright law does not prohibit downloading of protected works even if the person is fully aware that the file which has been illegally obtained. Google Groups?

usenet Google can very effectively selected portfolio of products and services. Usenet also could not be crumpled by Google. And so in 2001, Google acquired the Usenet archive Deja News. History is quite interesting, because Deja News was founded in 1985 as a public Usenet archive by a man named Steve Madere. One advantage was that the archive retained messages indefinitely and it also offered an innovative approach to searching. However, over time the company started to transform into the shopping portal. In 2000 the company fell into financial trouble and the service was sold to eBay. They absorbed a part of Deja News. Google bought archives and changed its name to the Google Groups archive of expanding the private data collected back until 1981 thus becoming the largest repository of text in Usenet.

Usenet is the future of file sharing

Recently observed increase in acts of blocking access to Usenet in some ISP networks in the west, and above all for closing the file-sharing sites.
It should be noted that according to Polish law is prohibited the unlawful collection of file sharing but not downloading. Recently we had a closing service odsiebie.com and we observe other activities involving the intervention of the appropriate departments in the business services and Internet users with similar solutions.
